These Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick, healthy dinner. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they’re ready in less than 25 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub the marinade all over the chicken, making sure to get it under the skin.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
  • Air fry for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.

Notes

  • For an even crispier skin, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
  • Boneless chicken thighs can be used; reduce cooking time by 5 minutes.
