- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub the marinade all over the chicken, making sure to get it under the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
- Air fry for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.

- For an even crispier skin, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Boneless chicken thighs can be used; reduce cooking time by 5 minutes.
