- 2 ripe avocados

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare bread: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice baguette into half-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Toast bread: Toast the baguette in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
- Make avocado mixture: While bread is toasting, scoop avocados into a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice; mash until creamy but still chunky.
- Add feta: Fold in crumbled feta cheese until well combined, maintaining some texture in the mixture.
- Assemble bruschetta: Spread the avocado-feta mixture on each toasted slice. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, serve immediately, and enjoy while bread is still warm and crispy.
