- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- Pinch of salt
- Crusty bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish
- Caramelize Onions: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, add sliced onions and cook 15-20 minutes until golden
- Add Flavor: Stir in balsamic vinegar and thyme, cook for 1 additional minute
- Prepare Brie: Place brie in baking dish, optionally remove top rind, spread onion mixture on top
