A delicious and easy recipe for baked salmon creamy spinach featuring tender salmon fillets baked in a rich, creamy spinach sauce with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 4 pieces (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Fresh spinach
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ½ cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- To taste Salt and pepper
- For greasing Olive oil
Instructions
- Prep Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish with olive oil
- Sauté Garlic: Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat, cook minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant
- Wilt Spinach: Add fresh spinach to pan, cook for 3 minutes until completely wilted
- Create Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice; simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened
- Season Salmon: Pat salmon dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, place in prepared baking dish
- Combine & Bake: Pour creamy spinach sauce over salmon, bake 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily
Notes
- Pat salmon completely dry before seasoning to ensure proper browning and prevent watery results
- Don’t overcook the garlic during sautéing as burnt garlic will make the entire sauce bitter
- Test salmon doneness by gently pressing the center – it should feel firm but still give slightly
- Let the dish rest for 3-4 minutes after baking to allow the sauce to settle and thicken further
