Instructions

- Make Custard: Whisk milk, cornstarch, sugar, and egg yolks in saucepan until thick. Add vanilla
- Prepare Ganache: Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate and stir until smooth
- Assemble: Layer custard between cooled cakes. Top with warm ganache
