- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb raw shrimp, deveined
- 3 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Slice kielbasa into 1/4-inch rounds for even cooking
- Spray Dutch oven with olive oil, heat to medium-high
- Brown kielbasa slices for 10 minutes until edges caramelize
- Dice peppers and onion while sausage cooks
- Add vegetables to pot, cook 10 minutes until tender
- Scrape up browned bits with wooden spoon using vegetable moisture
- Stir in paprika, oregano, onion powder, cayenne, and salt
- Add halved cherry tomatoes, stir to combine
- Add dry rice and broth, stir thoroughly
