Instructions

  • Prepare Rice: Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions for about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before seasoning.
  • Season Rice: Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Heat gently until dissolved. Fold seasoning mixture into cooled rice using gentle motions.
  • Prep Vegetables: Slice avocado into thin pieces, julienne cucumber into matchsticks, and shred carrot. Cut nori sheets into thin strips using kitchen scissors.
  • Assemble Bowls: Layer seasoned sushi rice at the bottom of four bowls. Top with portions of crab meat and arranged vegetables in sections.
