- 1 lb cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix chicken, pesto, mayo, half the Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in greased dish.
- Top with tomatoes, mozzarella, remaining Parmesan.
- Bake 20–22 min until bubbly.
- Rest 5 min before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for best results.
- Drain mozzarella before adding.
- Add fresh basil before serving.
