Ingredients

Instructions

  • Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until completely smooth and lump-free
  • Whip Cream: Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture using rubber spatula
  • Sauté Apples: Cook chopped apples with cinnamon in skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until slightly softened
  • Layer Components: Add cheesecake filling over graham base, top with sautéed apples, drizzle caramel sauce. Repeat layers
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate covered for minimum 2 hours. Drizzle extra caramel before serving
