- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or microwave the broccoli until just tender, about 4-5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the steamed broccoli and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
- If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top for a crispy finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
