Description

  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Steam Broccoli: Steam or microwave broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes
  • Mix Ingredients: Combine steamed broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings in large bowl
  • Form Tots: Shape mixture into small balls and place on prepared baking sheet with space between each
  • Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on outside
