Instructions

  3. Shape: Form mixture into balls using a cookie scoop, roll in Panko breadcrumbs, and place on prepared baking sheet spacing evenly
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, checking at 20 minutes

Notes

  • Use day-old mashed potatoes for best texture – they hold shape better than fresh
