- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts), any combination
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350Β°F, line baking sheet, mix sugar and cinnamon
- Coat: Melt butter with vanilla, toss nuts, add cinnamon sugar
- Bake: Spread on sheet, bake 15-20 minutes, stir halfway
- Cool: Remove when golden, cool completely on sheet
Notes
- Use room temperature nuts for better coating adhesion
- Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for even browning
- Let nuts cool completely before storing for maximum crispiness
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week
