- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2–3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
- Preparation: Gather all ingredients and ensure everything is ready for blending. Chill coconut water beforehand for best results.
- Combine Base: In a blender, combine the coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener. Add mint leaves if desired for extra freshness.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and frothy, approximately 30-45 seconds on high speed.
- Taste Test: Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Add more agave or honey if desired.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over them immediately.
- Garnish: Garnish with mint sprigs or lime wedges, then serve immediately for best flavor.
Notes
- Use coconut water that’s been chilled for at least 2 hours for the most refreshing result
- Roll limes on the counter while pressing down to extract maximum juice before cutting
- Muddle mint leaves gently before blending to release more aromatic oils without bitterness
- Start with less sweetener and gradually add more – you can always increase but can’t decrease
