- 4 oz cream cheese
- ⅓ cup salsa
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 8–10 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix with salsa, lime juice, and spices.
- Add chicken, cheese, onion, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
- Place 3 tbsp of filling on tortillas, roll tightly, seam-side down.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
