Description

These crispy oven-baked taquitos are stuffed with a creamy, seasoned chicken filling for the perfect weeknight dinner or snack. Fast, easy, and kid-approved!


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup salsa
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 810 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix with salsa, lime juice, and spices.
  3. Add chicken, cheese, onion, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
  4. Place 3 tbsp of filling on tortillas, roll tightly, seam-side down.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dips.
