- 3 cloves, minced Fresh garlic cloves
- 4 cups Fresh spinach
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Let rest for 5 minutes to allow seasoning to penetrate.
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Garlic: In same skillet, add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned, stirring constantly.
- Wilt Spinach: Add fresh spinach to pan. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until completely wilted and reduced in volume.
- Create Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Let mixture simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Add Cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese until completely melted and sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
- Finish Dish: Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over top. Simmer 2 minutes to reheat chicken and meld flavors.
Notes
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking and faster preparation time
- Use freshly grated Parmesan instead of pre-shredded for smoother melting and better flavor
- Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing chicken – cook in batches if necessary for proper browning
