- 1½ cups water
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions
- Cut each dragon fruit in half lengthwise using a sharp knife
- Scoop out all the flesh with a spoon, leaving the skin behind
- Add dragon fruit flesh to your blender
- Pour in water, lime juice, and sugar
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth (about 30-45 seconds)
- Fill glasses with ice cubes
- Pour agua fresca over ice and garnish with lime wheels
