- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef with garlic, ginger, gochujang, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Optionally, brush with extra Korean BBQ sauce and broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
