  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef with garlic, ginger, gochujang, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a lined baking tray.
