- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Large egg
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 cup Fresh fruit

- Step 3: Create Batter – Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; stir gently until just combined (lumps are fine)
- Step 4: Heat Pan – Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; lightly grease it
- Step 5: Cook Pancakes – Pour about 1/2 cup of batter per pancake; cook until bubbles form (about 2 minutes)
- Step 6: Flip and Finish – Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown
- Step 7: Serve – Serve stacked high with fresh fruit on top and drizzle with maple syrup
Notes
- Let batter rest for 2-3 minutes before cooking to allow flour to hydrate and bubbles to settle for maximum fluffiness
- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing and more even cooking throughout the pancakes
- Keep cooked pancakes warm in a 200°F oven while preparing the remaining batch to serve hot
- Don’t press down on pancakes while cooking as this removes air and reduces the fluffy texture
