- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced fruit (raspberries, blueberries, banana, strawberries)
- Sprinkles for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the base: Add yogurt, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well until completely combined.
- Portion the mixture: Divide mixture evenly among silicone freezer container compartments or ice cube tray sections.
- Add toppings: Top each portion with a few slices of your chosen fruit and sprinkles if desired.
- Freeze completely: Place in freezer for 6 hours or overnight until solid.
- Serve: Remove from molds and serve immediately while still frozen.
Notes
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture – low-fat versions can become icy when frozen
- Let frozen bites sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before removing from molds for easier release
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month
- Layer between parchment paper to prevent sticking
