Instructions

- Mix: Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth, then fold cream and cheese mixture together carefully to avoid overwhipping (8 minutes)
- Layer: In a 9×13 pan, alternate layers of cookies and cream mixture, adding sprinkles between each layer for even distribution (5 minutes)
- Chill: Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours for best texture development
Notes
- Start with room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing – cold cheese creates lumps that are difficult to eliminate
