Description

A restaurant-quality, one-pan garlic butter steak rice packed with savory flavors, tender steak, and crisped rice — ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (ribeye/sirloin), cubed
  • 3 cups day-old cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas & carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Sear steak in butter, remove.
  2. Sauté garlic in remaining butter.
  3. Scramble eggs in the same pan.
  4. Stir in peas & carrots.
  5. Add rice; break up clumps, stir-fry.
  6. Pour in sauces; mix well.
  7. Return steak; heat through.
  8. Garnish with green onions; serve.

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for best texture.
  • Don’t overcook steak; it finishes in the rice.
  • Clarified butter adds deeper flavor.
