Instructions

  • Prep Work: Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic. Having everything ready ensures smooth cooking.
  • Cook Beef: Heat large skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Add Vegetables: Add minced garlic and broccoli florets. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes until broccoli turns bright green and tender-crisp.
