- 1 cup warm whole milk

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prep: Warm milk to 110Β°F, dissolve sugar, activate yeast until frothy (10 minutes)
- Mix & Rise: Combine ingredients, knead until smooth for 5-7 minutes, let rise for 1 hour
- Shape: Roll dough, add cinnamon filling, slice into 12 even pieces
- Bake: Second rise for 30 minutes, bake until golden for 20-25 minutes, prepare glaze
- Finish: Cool slightly, apply colored glaze, create Halloween designs while rolls are warm
Notes
- Test milk temperature with your wrist – should feel barely warm
- Don’t over-flour during kneading to maintain soft texture
- Cover rolls with damp towel during rising to prevent drying
