Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep the Greens – Wash and thoroughly dry mixed greens using a salad spinner or paper towels
  • Step 2: Slice the Apples – Core and slice Honeycrisp apples into even wedges, leaving skin on for extra nutrition
  • Step 3: Toast the Walnuts – Heat walnuts in dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until fragrant and golden
  • Step 4: Combine Ingredients – Mix greens, apple slices, toasted walnuts, cranberries, and feta in large bowl
