- ¾ cup huckleberry syrup
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
- Add huckleberry syrup, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to your salad dressing dispenser or squeeze bottle
- Add dried mint, sea salt, black pepper, and crushed garlic clove to the liquid mixture
- Shake the bottle vigorously or whisk the ingredients until the vinaigrette is completely emulsified
- Pour over your favorite leafy salad mix and enjoy immediately
Notes
- Natural separation is normal – always shake before using
- Store in refrigerator for up to one week in a sealed container
- Bring to room temperature before serving if refrigerated
- Can substitute fresh mint (1 tablespoon) for dried mint
- Works great as a marinade for chicken or glaze for grilled proteins
