Ingredients

  • 1 heaping tbsp almond butter
  • 17 3/4 oz plums (or other seasonal fruits)
  • 3 1/2 oz caster sugar (optional, for sweetening tart fruits)
  • 5 fl oz natural yogurt
  • Additional nuts and berries for topping
  • Extra honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Pulse oats, nuts, and dried fruits in a food processor to a coarse meal.
  2. Stir in honey, oil, and almond butter until sticky.
  3. Shape mixture on parchment into a round crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread chilled crust with yogurt.
  5. Decorate with sliced fruits, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
