- 16 oz Full-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream

- ½ cup Strawberry purée
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into lined baking pan bottom.
- Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla, mix until fluffy and peaks form.
- Divide mixture: Separate filling into three equal portions in different bowls. Mix cocoa powder into one, strawberry purée into another, leave one plain.
- Layer it up: Spread half vanilla mixture over crust, add chocolate layer, remaining vanilla, then top with strawberry layer.
- Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely set.
- Slice and serve: Lift from pan using parchment edges, cut into bars with sharp knife, and serve chilled.
