Ingredients

  • ½ cup Strawberry purée

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into lined baking pan bottom.
  • Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla, mix until fluffy and peaks form.
  • Divide mixture: Separate filling into three equal portions in different bowls. Mix cocoa powder into one, strawberry purée into another, leave one plain.
  • Layer it up: Spread half vanilla mixture over crust, add chocolate layer, remaining vanilla, then top with strawberry layer.
  • Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely set.
  • Slice and serve: Lift from pan using parchment edges, cut into bars with sharp knife, and serve chilled.
