- 4 large burrito tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup white queso
Instructions
- Cut 1 lb chicken breast into small, uniform cubes or strips for even cooking
- Prepare fries in air fryer or oven according to package directions until golden and crispy
- Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
- Once chicken is fully cooked, add parmesan garlic sauce to coat evenly
- Microwave queso until smooth and warm tortillas for easy rolling
- Layer mozzarella, fries, chicken, and queso on each tortilla, then roll tightly
- Toast rolled burritos in skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides
Notes
- Cut chicken into uniform sizes to ensure even cooking and prevent some pieces from drying out
- Don’t overcook the fries initially as they’ll continue cooking when the burrito is toasted
- Warm tortillas in microwave for 15-20 seconds to make them more pliable and prevent tearing
- Use just enough sauce to coat the chicken without making the burrito soggy
- Roll burritos tightly and place seam-side down when toasting to maintain their shape
