Instructions
- Prep: Season brisket with salt and pepper, place in roasting pan (5 minutes, generous seasoning)
- Aromatics: Sauté onions until golden, add garlic for 1 minute (10-11 minutes, medium heat)
- Slow Cook: Add liquid and aromatics to brisket, cover with foil (4 hours at 300°F)
- Assembly: Shred brisket, build sandwiches with cheese, broil until golden (5 minutes, watch closely)

- Let brisket rest 10 minutes before shredding for easier handling
