Description

  • 1 cup Canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Make filling: Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until completely smooth
  • Prepare pastry: Roll out thawed puff pastry on floured surface, cut into 4-inch wide rectangles
  • Fill and seal: Spoon filling onto one half of each rectangle, fold over and seal edges with fork
