Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Make filling: Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until completely smooth
- Prepare pastry: Roll out thawed puff pastry on floured surface, cut into 4-inch wide rectangles
