- Step 2: Prepare – Wash carrots and green beans thoroughly, then slice carrots into sticks and trim bean ends
- Step 3: Season – In large bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until evenly coated
- Step 4: Arrange – Spread mixture on parchment-lined baking sheet in single layer without overcrowding
- Step 5: Roast – Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through

Notes
- Cut carrots into uniform sticks about 1/2 inch thick for even cooking throughout
