Instructions

  • Step 3: Drain and Dry – Drain potatoes, return to low heat briefly to evaporate excess moisture completely
  • Step 4: Add Dairy – Add butter and heavy cream to potatoes, mix until smooth and creamy consistency
  • Step 5: Final Mixing – Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into mixture, add chopped rosemary, mash to desired creaminess
