Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Lower the heat to medium-low, then add the cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet. Stir frequently until the cheese is fully melted.
- Pour in the Rotel tomatoes with their juice and stir until well combined.
