Description

This decadent Smores Chocolate Fudge combines graham cracker crust, rich chocolate fudge, and toasted marshmallows for the ultimate no-bake treat. Ready in under 20 minutes with just 6 simple ingredients.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (for crust)
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (for fudge)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper and grease lightly. This prevents sticking and makes removal easy.
  2. In a bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the prepared pan. For a firmer crust, bake for 8 minutes at 350°F. Let cool while preparing the fudge.
  3. Over low-medium heat in a medium saucepan, combine butter, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate chips. Stir frequently until completely melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and press down slightly so they stay put.
  5. Using a kitchen torch, toast the marshmallows. Alternatively, place pan under oven broiler for about 1 minute until golden brown – watch carefully to prevent burning.
  6. Refrigerate until set before cutting into 64 pieces. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
