S’mores Chocolate Graham Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • ΒΌ cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Kodiak Cake mix with 2 cups of water. Stir until just combined – don’t overmix.
  3. Fold in half of the mini chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Reserve the other half for topping.
  4. Line your cake pan with parchment paper or generously coat with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining toppings over the surface.
