Instructions
- Prepare pans: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round cake pans thoroughly
- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl
- Cream butter mixture: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
- Combine wet and dry: Stir in milk until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined
- Bake cakes: Divide batter between pans. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
- Cool completely: Cool in pans 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire racks
- Make frosting: Beat marshmallow fluff with powdered sugar until smooth and spreadable
- Assemble cake: Layer cakes with frosting, then cover entire cake. Top with crushed graham crackers
