- ¼ cup lime juice
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo, minced
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in spices, lime, olive oil, chipotle.
- Cook rice; set aside.
- Blend crema ingredients; adjust thickness.
- Cook chicken in skillet until done.
- Sauté bell pepper, jalapeño, onion; add garlic.
- Combine chicken & veggies.
- Warm tortillas.
