- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 oz white chocolate for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8×8 pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt Butter: Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in both sugars until combined.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Cool slightly, then whisk in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift flour and cocoa powder. Fold into wet mixture until just combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in chocolate chips without overmixing.
- Bake Brownies: Pour into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Create Spider Web: Cool completely. Melt white chocolate and pipe spider web designs on top.
