- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 tsp strawberry extract (optional)
- Crumble: 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cold butter, pinch salt
Instructions
- Dice strawberries, pat dry.
- Beat cream cheese + butter + sugar → add egg, vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients, fold into wet, gently stir in strawberries.
- Chill dough 2+ hours.
- Make crumble topping.
- Scoop, flatten dough, top with crumble, bake at 350°F 12–14 min.

- Always chill dough.
- Pat strawberries dry.
