For Cheesecake Base:
- 2 packages crescent dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz strawberry topping
- Cooking spray
For Strawberry Crunch Topping:
- 20 Golden Oreos
- 3 tbsp strawberry Jello powder (dry)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
For Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, mix gently. Fold in strawberry topping.
- Press crescent dough into greased 9×13 pan. Pour in filling, cover with second dough sheet, spray lightly.
- Bake 40–50 min until golden, center slightly jiggles. Cool.
- Crush Oreos, mix with Jello powder and melted butter.
- Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy. Spread over cooled cheesecake.
- Sprinkle crunch topping generously.
- Chill at least 4 hours (or overnight). Slice and serve.
Notes
- Bring all dairy to room temp before mixing.
- Chill fully before slicing for clean cuts.
- Add fresh strawberries for garnish if desired.
