- 1 cup hummus
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Cook the turkey: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking up with spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the filling: Let turkey cool slightly. Mix in optional spices like paprika or cumin for extra flavor depth.
- Assemble wraps: Lay romaine leaves flat. Spread hummus on each leaf, then add turkey, cucumber slices, tomatoes, red onion, and herbs.
- Roll it up: Tightly roll each leaf like a burrito, tucking in sides as you go.
- Serve & enjoy: Transfer to serving platter for immediate enjoyment.
