Description

A hearty, soul-warming dish that combines tender chunks of chicken, perfectly cooked egg noodles, sweet corn, and a creamy sauce, all topped with crispy French fried onions. This family favorite is perfect for weeknight dinners or potluck gatherings.


Ingredients

  •  2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  • 3/4 cup French fried onions
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix noodles, chicken, corn, milk, soup, onion, garlic, cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour into greased 9×13 pan.
  4. Top with French fried onions.
  5. Bake 30 min until bubbly and golden.
  6. Rest 5 min before serving.
