- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil to food processor. Purée for 2-3 minutes, scraping sides as needed, until silky smooth.
- Combine diced watermelon, sliced cucumbers, and red onion in large mixing bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
