- 1 cup edible flowers (optional)

Instructions
- Prep Dough: Pulse flour, sugar, butter until breadcrumbs form. Add yolk and water, chill wrapped dough for 30 minutes.
- Bake Shells: Roll dough, cut rounds, press into pans, prick and bake until golden for 12-15 minutes at 350°F.
- Make Mousse: Melt chocolate, beat cream cheese with vanilla, whip cream to soft peaks, fold together gently to preserve airiness.
- Assemble: Pipe mousse into cooled shells, chill to set for minimum 1 hour, add garnishes before serving.
Notes
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 15 minutes before whipping cream for better volume and stability.
- Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals to prevent burning and maintain smooth texture.
- Press dough firmly into tart pans to prevent air bubbles and ensure even baking.
- Store assembled tartlets in refrigerator for up to 2 days, add fresh garnishes just before serving.
