Instructions

  • Bake Shells: Roll dough, cut rounds, press into pans, prick and bake until golden for 12-15 minutes at 350°F.
  • Make Mousse: Melt chocolate, beat cream cheese with vanilla, whip cream to soft peaks, fold together gently to preserve airiness.
  • Assemble: Pipe mousse into cooled shells, chill to set for minimum 1 hour, add garnishes before serving.
